Refund policy

Hello,

Cryptic Constellations is a small business and we want to make sure that you as the customer are ultimately happy with our products. Because we are a small business model, there are situations that we cannot accept returns for.

Here are a list of reasons we will accept returns on: 

• If there is a manufacturing issue with your product in your order. 
• If the product in your order is broken or damaged in the mail.
• If you receive the wrong product in your order.
• The order is lost in transit by the transit company. 

Situations we might be able to work with you on: 

• If you order a piece of clothing and you need a different size, we might be able to work with you on an exchange. Please email us through the contact us section. 

Situations we cannot accept returns on: 

• If you change your mind on the product or do not like it.
• If the order is lost in transit, but you typed in the wrong address.
